Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0Effective September 28, 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This document describes Mobirithm's intended practices in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed or finalized by a lawyer and should not be treated as a legally binding guarantee until that review is complete.

Acceptance

By creating a Mobirithm account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to both passengers and riders.

What Mobirithm is

Mobirithm is a marketplace connecting passengers who need a motorcycle ride with independent riders. Passengers propose a fare and destination; nearby riders bid or accept; the passenger chooses. Mobirithm is not a transportation carrier — riders are independent and responsible for the ride itself, and Mobirithm's role is to operate the matching, bidding, and trip-tracking platform.

Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Riders must complete the verification process (identity, riding permit, and where applicable driver's license) before accepting rides, and keep those documents current.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Fares, bidding, and payment

  • Passengers propose a fare when requesting a ride; riders may bid a different amount or accept the proposed fare.
  • Once a bid is accepted, the agreed fare is locked for that trip unless both parties agree to a destination change, which may adjust the fare.
  • Payment is currently made directly between passenger and rider in cash at the end of the trip. Mobirithm charges riders a commission on completed trips, deducted from the agreed fare.
  • Mobirithm is not a party to the payment itself and is not responsible for cash handling disputes beyond what our reporting and dispute-review process covers.

Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false identity, verification, or vehicle information.
  • Harass, threaten, or endanger another user.
  • Manipulate bids, ratings, or reports in bad faith.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violating these terms may result in suspension or removal from the platform, and — for riders — loss of verified status.

Cancellations

Either party may cancel a trip before it starts, through the app, so the cancellation and its reason are recorded. Repeated cancellations may affect a rider's completion rate and standing on the platform.

Safety reports and disputes

Either party can file a report about a trip through the app. Reports are reviewed by Mobirithm administrators, who may request more information, contact either party, or take action on an account as a result.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Mobirithm provides the matching and trip-tracking platform "as is." Riders are independent and not Mobirithm employees or agents. To the extent permitted by law, Mobirithm is not liable for the conduct of individual riders or passengers, or for events occurring during a trip that are outside the platform's direct control. This section will be reviewed and refined with qualified legal counsel before this document is treated as final.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the version number and effective date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the Mobirithm team via the contact details provided in the app.
